Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your stationery purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
  • The items are not part of our non-returnable list (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized stationery products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Opened packs of pens, markers, or other consumable goods.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
